The wine list at Beck is built around Oregon and the Pacific Coast, with careful selections from Burgundy, the Rhône, and northern Italy. We look for producers who work with the same intention we bring to the kitchen — minimal intervention, a strong sense of place, something genuine in the glass. The full list changes seasonally. Ask your server about what we’re excited about right now.
Tasting Menu Pairings
Our sommeliers select wines to complement each course of the tasting menu — building a through-line from the first amuse to the last dessert. Optional on both the five and seven course menus.
