Yuzu white chocolate cremeux made using @valrhonausa inspiration Yuzu chocolate. Other components include; Honey tuile, forget-me-nots and a black pepper compressed rhubarb. The yuzu chocolate from @valrhonausa really captures the nuances of yuzu.
