The Land Dinner will be hosted at downtown Portland’s Departure Restaurant + Lounge in October. This six-course meal will be centered around Portland’s surrounding farmland and woods, using wild and organic vegetables as well as game indigenous to Oregon, all expertly prepared by Chef Wills and Chef Gourdet.
